<p><i>Answer by george 2</i><br/>no and figure it out. all you have to do is look at last years tax book in the tax tables and look up 18000. that will give you an idea as to what you will need to pay.</p>

<p>1.  Credit score of 680 or higher.<br />
2.  Debt to income ratio of 45% or lower (if CR score is higher, then ratio can be higher)<br />
3.  Home loan to value can be as high as 95%</p>

As for personnel debt, if you didn't spend over what you earned you should have little personnel debt except for a house, car and maybe one credit card.</p>
<p>Also, you are forgetting our greed over the last thirty years that helped put these banks into the position that they are in.</p>
